Sculpt & Release

  • Performed by advanced manual manipulation to tone, strengthen and relax the facial muscles, ultimately exercising your face whilst providing the deepest sense of relaxation for the body and mind.

    Beginning with a neck and shoulder massage to help you relax and unwind, followed by double cleansing and gentle exfoliation to prep the skin.

    During the sculptural phase, the power of the hands is used to drain, re-sculpt & lift the muscles, targeting each facial muscle.

    The intra-oral/buccal phase is a deep tissue massage, sculpting from the inside of your mouth (wearing sterile gloves) we can reach deeper muscles releasing tension from within and reviving your natural glow.

    Don’t fancy the inside the mouth massage? no problem, we can focus on more lifting and sculpting the muscles from the outside

Holistic Healing

  • Your experience takes a unique approach, starting with a warming hot stone neck and shoulder massage followed by double cleansing, micro-exfoliation, and a natural facelift, akin to a power yoga massage for the face, using hands-on sculpting, lifting, and lymphatic drainage techniques, a smooth clay-based facial mask combined with restorative skincare and finally a tension releasing scalp massage using an organic ayurvedic hair oil.
